Headlight Electrical problem

After turning the headlight switch to on sometimes the headlights don't come up and stay completely down until I flick the switch back and forth 2 or 3 times.

The headlight motors are still good I had one replaced.

What kind of electrical problem is this?

This is for a 97 TA.

Sounds like a bad switch friend.

Perhaps there is a problem with the opening control module located at the front left of the engine compartment.
