I put a vacuum pump setup for my brakes.
The issue I'm having is that sometimes, when I hit the brakes to slow down when I first hit the brake pedal, it is hard, like the booster isn't working.
Then, it will soften up as the pedal should feel.
I know it's not a vacuum leak.
I've let it sit for a while, then unhooked the hose, and you can hear the air release.
I've tried to get it to act up with the engine off so I can listen and hear what's happening, but it works fine.
Has anyone else had the issue?
