Turbo Not Functioning

My turbo on my 1980 trans am is not engaging.

Vacuum lines seem to all be connected.

I was doing work under the hood and since then it doesn't seem to engage, but I can't find anything disconnected.

Besides pulling out the turbo to check, I did not know if there was anything else specifically I could check 1st.

Is your wastegate stuck in the closed position?

Is your wastegate stuck in the closed position?

The wastegate seems to be functioning.

I tested the actuator, and that is working.
