So the oil gauge worked fine before removing the cluster, as I've had the dash upholstered.
I put the custer in on reassembly, and the oil pressure gauge worked fine.
I had to remove it again as the temperature gauge has a fault.
I cleaned the ground on the temp gauge, and the temp gauge worked fine again, but my oil pressure gauge read wrong.
When I turned on the ignition, the needle went as far anticlockwise as possible.
I've pulled the wire from the oil sender unit, but there is no difference.
I tried to ground the gauge to the chassis, but there is still no difference.
I'm assuming the gauge has electrically gone wrong, but I wondered if anyone else has had this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
