How Do I Check If My 1970 Trans Am Is An Original 4 Speed Car?

As the title says, how do I check to see if my 1970 Trans Am is an original 4-speed car on the car and the build sheet?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

I presume because my car has the performance axle option 368, it has a close ratio of 4 speed, as this is the only time it is mentioned.

I have a feeling that the axle ratio & trans choice do go together; whether or not you could order that ratio & not have a 4-speed, I’m unsure, but I am almost sure you had to have that ratio of you specified a 4-speed.
