2000 3.6L Firebird Running Rough?

Took my 2000 Firebird in for throttle valve and AC work.

The mechanic replaced the AC compressor but could not fix the throttle valve.

Now the car is running worse and making a sound.

I can’t decide if it is an engine noise or a belt noise.

I am trying to attach a video if anyone has any ideas.
