So I have a 86 trans am that has the 4b Carburetor.

I want away for a year and I had a few wires chewed up.

I fixed most of them but this one that I can't figure out how is best or how to take the plug apart.

The connector needs to be pulled apart. Each terminal can be released from the plastic housing by sliding a very small flat screwdriver behind the terminal and pushing the locking tab inwards. This will release the wire terminal. You can buy new wire terminals anywhere and just put your new wires into these new terminals and slide them back into the plastic housing.

There are videos on youtube on how to replace automotive wire terminals if you're stuck.

Do the repair the right way and you will not have any further electrical problems. Don't cut corners or it will come back to haunt you somewhere on a dark country road.
