What is this part called and where can I find one?

Hello all,

I come over here from the world of Jaguars. I am looking for a part that I believe mid-70s Pontiacs and Jaguars had in common.

In the picture below it is the round "vacuum actuated flap servo to control hot air" thingy on the air intake tube. It is on the right of the airbox on that photo.

Do you guys know what exactly it is called and where I could find one in working order?

I found the answer elsewhere. It is a Borg Warner Air Cleaner vacuum actuator.

Retails for $25-30.
