I'm hoping someone can help out with removing AC in my 79 TA.

I'd like more room and a cleaner look under the hood.

I've read numerous threads but no real guide on doing so, and I'm a little new to all of this.

I know they make delete boxes, but I'm looking for steps on going about removing everything.

I'd still like the heater working.

Can someone simplify what needs to be done for me?

Thanks!!

Hey, I was thinking about doing the same thing!

I'm not sure how but I haven't totally examined the condenser and everything yet.

If I figure out how or have it done

I'll let you know!

I took off the compressor on my 71 years ago when it locked up.

I'm now starting to put the a/c back together, and I want to take out the condenser.

I have the radiator out and thought the condenser would come out the same way as the radiator.

Wrong!

It has brackets in front of the radiator support that prevents it from coming out that way.

It looks like I will need to remove the horns and the support bracket to try and get it between the radiator support and the nose.

I'll update as I progress.
