    1976 Trans Am 455 4 spd

I got the blower motor working. All3 speeds. Got the wipers working, but does not have the washer. Wrong wiper motor for a TA. Got the dash cluster working and the voltmeter and gas gauges seem to work. put in led light bulbs. New hi-beam switch fixed the flaky headlights. Still need to hammer...

    Where Is My Horn Relay?

It's on the firewall on our GTOs. I saw a picture in a manual showing it plugged into the top of the fuse box, but don't know which car in the manual it was referring to. My horn doesn't work, and there is nothing plugged in that L-shaped socket in the fuse block, so it's on my list to fix.

    Tach Wiring Rally Dash 1976

Thanks. I found the tach connector. Both metal posts were positioned incorrectly on the cluster, so it would not plug in. Easy fix.

Windshield Wiper Motor Wiring - 1981 Trans Am

Lots of good wiring videos on Youtube. That's how I got my 76 TA to work. Most GM cars are the same. GTOs, Chevelles, and Camaros all use the same motors and switches. Differences being pulse, hidden and not hidden, washer or no washer. Wiring is the same.

    1974 SD455 ~ Trans Am

My son and I have that exact car, but ours has been sitting under a tent for many years. I wish it looked that good. You see the 74 Super Duty Formula in our picture; well, that's another one we couldn't get to since 1994. I sold it a couple of months ago because we realized we would not...

    Our Rides

My son and I are a long-time Pontiac people since my first 1965 GTO tri-power. We are now trying to get this 1976 Trans Am 455 4 speed, we just got from Rhode Island, roadworthy to pass inspection. It has a lot of problems, poor restoration shorted wiring, miswiring, no lights, gauges...

    Tach Wiring Rally Dash 1976

I am trying to put it back together. I removed the gauge cluster and found burned path from ignition to water-oil pressure gauges. I'm going to solder in a jumper, but the tach connector is just lying under the dash, and I'm using a 1974 Pontiac service manual that doesn't show where these...

My son and I are avid Pontiac people. We collect mostly Pontiacs, but over the years had owned many muscle cars, of all brands and types. We have owned Grand Nationals, Mustangs, 442s, Dodge SRT4s, Camaros, etc, etc. We always got good deals, and never spent a lot of money for any of them. This...

    76 TA Front Bottom Spoiler

This spoiler is also missing from this Trans Am we just bought. The reproductions are pretty expensive. If anyone has a source for one, I would be grateful. This TA has a rebuilt 455, which runs great. Unfortunately, when they put it back together, they forgot the dipstick bracket in...

    1976 Trans Am 455 4 spd

We just purchased this car partially restored. I need the bracket going across the bottom of the dash that connects both sides and braces the dash. I need the small bracket that holds the hood latch rod to the radiator support. It has headers, and the clutch return spring is wrapped...
